I’ve had 20 vehicles from trade, sell or buy. 20! I haven’t had an issue that couldn’t be resolved. If you’re on the fence; open the door. Charlie, Denny and Lyle are great people, not salesmen. This is not a sales lot. It’s a true provider of great solutions.

Best car buying experience I’ve had. Denny and Lyle seemed to only care that I got a reliable vehicle that I enjoyed, not about the money they were making. I even asked him about another car on the lot I had interest in and he told me that he wouldn’t sell it to me because it had too many issues. Huge green flag. Let me tell you, Denny and Charles are the greatest, most helpful people I have dealt with. While out in 29 Palms for a military training exercise, is was able to work with them and secure and purchase a vehicle for my wife that she fell in love with. They understood my situation and the distance and the lack of phone communications, but still made time to work with me. The true professionalism and customer service is beyond outstanding. Great experience dealing with Denny and Charlie. No pressure sales and vehicles are fairly priced. We have now bought two cars from Denny and highly recommend him and his staff. Nice collection of fun two drive cars.

I highly recommend Denny Dotson Automotive. Ask for Charlie, he was great to work with. He didn't mess around. He gave me a good offer on my car (no negotiating, thank goodness), and the car we purchased was priced reasonably. Charlie answered my phone call at 9 am and I drove the car home by that afternoon. Charlie understood that I was coming from out of town and he made sure I could drive away with the car that day. He was willing to work with my local bank and had us out of there in no time. I was nervous to buy a car without my husband present, but I felt that Charlie was honest and would not steer me wrong. Thank you Denny Dotson Automotive, we love our new family car.
